The room we stayed in the carpet was stained, the ceiling had clear water damage and the walls had been poorly patched from water damage with some of the patchwork coming off.

I really enjoyed my stay ! At check in - Pierre was so friendly ! And the shuttle driver Chandler was very nice as well ! I can’t remember the young mans name at check out but he was super friendly as well. Pretty much the whole staff was amazing expect out shuttle driver to the airport. We were saying thanks as we excited and he didn’t respond to my daughter and said a very dry “yeah” to my son. We loved being able to walk to the mall !

They are located in a very convenient area of the Mall of America. The lobby is nice, has washer/dryer and Ice convenience which was great, but the pools seemed dirty (greenish) and it didn’t look sanitary.

The clerks at the front desk were very friendly. The cookies upon greeting were wonderful. The hotel is right next to mall of America and has a nice walking path to get there. Great location and very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

I liked the brown man who checked me in. He was kind and intuitive to my family’s needs. My kiddos felt welcomed. I’d definitely come back to this hotel when flying again. It’s super busy here so I take it is popular and obviously a good choice.

Convient, clean, and comfortable

Our room was so accommodating. We went to mall of america for my sons birthday. There was enough room for all of us. It was clean. The only con was our room was down the hallway from the pool and people would walk by and bang on our door as a joke around midnight to 1 oclock.
