When I arrived I overheard another guest asking for water for an infants bottle because the water was off in the hotel. If I hadn't heard the other guest and questioned the employee, I wouldn't have known. The first room I was assigned to smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and requested another room which they gladly helped me get. The second room was better smelling but the mirrors were filthy, there was hair in the shower and clothing in the drawers left behind from the previous guest. It took approximately 2 more hours before I had access to water in my room. Once the water was back on, I had to run it for 40 mins before it was clear and safe to use.

Upon arrival, my room slept terrible of marijuana. The floors in my room were dirty, hair on the shower curtain, and a large crump of dirty and hair beside the night stand. Also paint was peeling off the walls and doors. One of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed in!

The hotel was a great price so my expectations weren't high. We had some issues in the room but the front desk was helpful. I had to walk down there since one of the issues was the phone not working. The room was decently clean however certain things like a ripped curtain and the toliet that kept running were offputting. Breakfast in the morning was good.

The room itself was nice and clean enough. The pool room was not great. The hot tub was a dark color and had such a strong chlorine odor that our eyes were watering. The continental breakfast was meh. A lot of stuff was gone by the time we got down there at 9:30 (they are done serving at 10:30). They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, some bakery items, oatmeal, yogurt, and cereal. Overall I would say that it was an OK place to stay if you are only booking for a place to rest your head. If you are booking for the other amenities, I would say look elsewhere.

Enjoyable, Clean Hotel - need couple tweaks

Overall Hotel was in nice, clean condiition and staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast has a decent selection for a hotel in this bracket. The breakfast staff was extremely courteous. Two things of concern: (1) the hot tub was down and not functioning (2) WiFi signal strength is not strong enough to meet demands of today's traveling youth (could not play live online games - signal too weak).
