Friendly helpful staff

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but it lacked any artwork and the bathroom shower needs a little TLC. Other guests were rowdy but the staff did their best to manage and it only affected us in public areas. The room was quiet, clean and spacious.

Not the best but not the worse experience

Day 1 we had to switch rooms as there was food on the tv stand and cabinet. They switched rooms where we discovered the tub didnt drain correctly and the shower made a loud noise when it started. Reported it and was told that they would let maintenence know the next day. Recieved a call in the middle of the night 11:20pm asking if maintenence could come in and fix it. Day 2: at breakfast they ran out of fruit and told a customer that this happens alot especially on weekends. Went to try and use the pool and the water was freezing cold and looked like it hadnt been cleaned let my niece and daughter swim for alittle bit one complained of her stomach hurting after swimming and my daughter had a rash on legs. Maintenance came around 12 and fixed the tub Day 3: went to start bring stuff to the car around 9am came back to find the keycard had already been deactivated and my 4 year old was trapped as the door wouldnt open for her at all. 10 mins later found a housekeeper and asked her to open it as she could hear my daughter saying she was scared. Reported it to the desk and left early as i was annoyed by this. She apologized and let me know that someone would look into it. Comforters need to replaced as they had holes and patches all over them. The curtains also had holes as well. The tv channels didnt allign to the tv guide. Every day was pork as the main meal choice please mix it up as many dont eat pork

Is super close to everything, breakfast was delicious, customer service very friendly and helpful the only thing is the carpet of the room is to dirty and had a big stain. But everything else it was excellent.

The room was super run down and dirty. I didn’t even stay, I checked out within minutes of checking in and couldn’t be refunded since I booked on Expedia. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot with groups of men hanging out, like this was a gathering or meet up spot. As a single female traveler I did not feel safe. Spend the extra money or drive further and avoid this place!
