Overall nice hotel

Overall nice hotel. Felt very clean except the bathroom. The shower grout looked like it had mildew in the corners, the toilet worked but barely flushed, sounds weird but the toilet paper holder was slanted downward which made the toilet paper roll fall off every once in awhile, and the bathroom door did not lock. The room itself was very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We came down for breakfast around 9:45 a.m. and almost all the food was gone and never replenished (breakfast went until 10:30). There was no hot food besides make your own waffles. There was only 1 broken hard boiled egg, 2 bagels, some wrinkly oranges, and 2 pieces of bread. There was plenty of cold cereal and yogurt though. There was someone working the breakfast but she never restocked any food. The area around the hotel is nice. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping options close by. The person at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. There wasn't anyone at the front when we checked out.

The lady at the front desk was great we checked in 7:30 and the air conditioning was not working in our room. I contacted her and she had the maintenance man checking by 8:00 on a Friday night and he fixed it by 8:10. The breakfast was a little disappointing as I like eggs and they did not have any.

The first room we had, 2025, which I asked for was a walk-in shower. The problem was the location of the shower head. It would have been better to have it on either end of the shower instead of where it was located, which was on the back wall. The water was facing the shower curtain and was on the floor in the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom. We spoke with the woman manager and she was gracious enough to upgrade us to another room across the hallway. It was a very nice room.

Our room had a smell to it and always felt damp in the room even with AC on. There was not one rack or hook to hang a hand towel, wash cloth or bath towel. We had 4 people in our room and we had to hang towels in closet, on chairs or on shower rod to get them even partially aired out. With no housekeeping, we had to use same damp towels for 4 days. Pool was very small. But they did have 24 hr coffee available which was nice

The elderly host that helps us was beyond helpful. She gave us a few recommendations to help my wife find places other than our room for her meetings. Without asking she got us into our room a little early! She was amazing!

Spectacular stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Clean and cared for facility. The gal who checked us in (Claudia, I think it was) was so warm and personable. The fella behind the desk was warm and wonderful as we checked out (and I think he might have been maintenance). Room was clean and had every single thing we needed. The price point was a remarkable deal. Whenever we’re back in the area, we will stay again, for sure! Bravo, everyone!

Comfortable and Dependable

As a regular customer, I find this hotel dependably consistent with friendly staff and clean, comfortable facilities. The only downside is their substandard internet connections that often preclude any substantial use or necessitate searching for an area of the hotel with a better connection to accomplish something important.
