There was no microwave in the room. I wasn’t told at the time I booked the room it’s an additional $75 for a dog. I can understand to pay something extra for a pet however I’ve never paid that much before when I’ve travelled with my pet.

Dog barking for 7 hours after 5pm & a drunk guest
Other than the fact that there was no on site restaurant , and not much in the little snack room. that was disappointing . There was also a Dog barking for 7 hours after 5pm & a drunk guest I went to front desk and complained, a few other persons also did. One of the front desk people went and checked, the dog had no food or water and was not included on the room reservation. so they left the room and did not call police or animal control. the people who reserved the room came back around midnight and didn't seem concerned about the welfare of the dog. On my way back to my room I was stopped by a drunk gentleman from a wedding party staying there I did not know him or the person he was talking about. The desk clerk could hear him yelling at me and did nothing! I understand the police were called shortly after that, because he was breaking things in the lobby

Maybe skip this one.
Girls weekend. I got the pull out couch. Love seat side with rounded back and no pillows/cusiond at you back. Impossible to sit comfortably. So many crumbs, food, and even a kids heychain were under the cusion. I slept on top of the cusion on top of a blanket. I didnt unfold it into a bed - I was afraid of what I would find. Room that sleeps 6. Tiny one cup cheapi cofee maker and 2 paper cups. Dogs barking and barking and barking on all floors. Desk gal was stern and not welcoming - checking in and out. Ceiling popcorn was peeling and hangng... I did leave a suit jacket in the closet and when I called, Dominic located it and offered to send it to me via Fed Ex. That was a nice surprise!

I loved that we could open the door to the court yard and have fresh air , the staff was great The outside could be cleaner . The entrances to the hotel are super dirty wash off the pavement and gave ash tests for smokers so there are not butts all over
