The only issue we had was that the heater in our room did not work. I have no doubt that had we brought it up to the staff that we would have gotten another room. We were only going to be there for 6 hours before our flight so I did not want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. Besides that the gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great if you are flying out of MSP. The room was clean.
