Front desk lady CECI was extremely rude and had an attitude towards my daughter. Fourth floor was under construction and dirty, which is the floor we were on. Bathroom faucet was leaking, carpet dirty. However, the young front desk attendant (morning) was very helpful.

The room floor was sticky, with the remnants of a feminine pad still stuck to the bathroom wall from the previous tenant, with a spider in the tub and the room smelled like cat pee. Felt like a motel experience but at least the breakfast was good.

Was not told about hotel renovations. Our room had no baseboards and plaster was crumbling all over the carpet. Room smelled like it had t been used in months..very musty. Sheets smelled that way as well.

very near the Metro green line station and in the heart of dinky town adjacent to Uof Minn east campus. very busy with state fair visitors and new students preparing of the start of the school year. Avoid the Caspian Bistro across the street.

The carpet was gross… not other words. Long overdue for an update. Bathroom old and no vent so mold on ceiling. The foyer was old and furniture was well used. It could have been clean but because nasty carpet and dark lighting it gave off a yucky feel. Staff was very nice.

Was in a great area for the price right next to the tram, very quiet hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free so it wasn’t terrible. I got double charged and the lady in desk was very rude about it but apart from her the staff were polite and helpful.

Never again!

The room is in terrible condition. Carpet was wet and sticky. Armchair was stained. Smells funny. Tiny bathroom. Furniture beat-up.

Best bang for your buck when visiting university of Minnesota. Stadium and all buildings close and walkable. Parking is free. Breakfast could be better but for free coffe and toast its fine.
