Instead of being charged the anticipated fees of $50.00 per night as a hold/deposit.. plus the nightly cost of parking. I was charged the full amount of the stay ( I prepaid through Expedia) when I arrived at the desk for check in they said there was an error and Expedia card should have been charged, that they would refund the nightly costs to my card and it would reflect in 3-5 business days. On the second night of my stay an additional $231.00 and $115.00 were attempted to be placed on my credit card which I blocked. And will be contacting management and capital one upon my arrival back home.

I was locked out of my room for the night without any access to my personal belongings, including toiletries, clothing, personal items, or even my child's medication. The staff EVENTUALLY gave me a different room to sleep in for the night and stated that building maintenance would arrive the following morning to repair the broken door lock at which point I could retrieve my belongings. I was then promised I would be reimbursed for my stay due to this very poor experience, but after leaving the property, the hotel claimed to not know anything about the situation during multiple attempts to follow up. Needless to say, I was never reimbursed, they were just saying anything they could to get me to leave.

Excellent Experience

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The room was cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were in town so my daughter and her friend could attend a concert at the Xcel Energy Center. We were able to walk the entire way using the skyway. There were even printed directions to and from the venue and hotel as well as a map that was extremely helpful. We opted to add breakfast (it was only $19) and all four of us received a coupon for the breakfast buffet. It was incredible. There was a large variety of hot items, along with many grab and go options. The women who were staffed there were so lovely, welcoming, and kind. Even parking was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again. I already recommended it to my friend who is attending Justin Timberlake on the 24th.

Used to-go boxes for dinner

We ate at the hotel restaurant and asked for to-go boxes. We thought it was extremely odd that the boxes had crumbs in them, when we looked further, they had crumpled stickers on it. These were definitely used for something before. There was only one wait staff to assist all guests. When we told the front desk manager about the experience, they said there is nothing they can do but pass along the information. If you have run out of to-go boxes, simply tell your guests, don’t try to be creative.
