The only down side was there was no conditioner or body lotion. And housekeeping only came every other day. There was a weird sound that kept coming & going, all night that kept me up. The staff was very nice & friendly.

The parking at this hotel was not great. They charge $30 for covered parking but only have a few spots. If you don't get a spot which you probwont they have you go.accross the street and park, also for $30. Breakfast was not worth the $12. This type of breakfast is included at other hotels.

I stayed here because it was pet friendly (cat & dog) and only 4 miles from the Vet Hospital I was taking my cat to since I was relying of Uber & Lyft for transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. The location was all apartments & industrial. Not somewhere you would want to go out for a stroll. There were no restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. (A small limited restaurant was inside the hotel.) Small pool on the 1st floor kids seemed to be enjoying.

Overall great stay

Overall great stay. Parking is tight in the parking garage especially if you have a full size vehicle like a pickup or large SUV. Suggest taking a smaller vehicle if you can. Staff was super nice and friendly both at the front desk and in the restaurant/bar. We did not opt for the breakfast due to the time we needed check to go to the U of M hospital. Location is GREAT if your destination is the hospital. Bed is comfortable for the price. Would stay here again as needed.

Nice place to stay at. The parking is a bit confusing with key to open the garage door around the cornor and two levels of indoor parking that was not intuitive. Would have been helpful if the staff has provided some guidance. The room and general facility is fine. The 3 stars for 1st floor bathroom that ran out of soap, paper towels as well as hand sanitizer by 7:30 PM.
