Unbelievable and clean
Love love love this hotel. Clean rooms, commons pool etc. the complimentary drinks and snacks were great and breakfast set up one of the best with many choices. Don’t bother looking elsewhere it can’t be beat. Also went to concert and short walk.

No service
The first night no service was done. No clean towels, no trash emptied, no cups or coffee. Complained to the front desk and the next night they dropped off towels on the coffee table with cups but no coffee. Complained again to the front desk and they comped the room and did a whole cleaning the next day. They said that their policy doesn't include making the beds and straightening up but that is not stated anywhere.I usually choose a hotel just for that service! I will not stay there again! Very disappointed

Fabulous hotel with great amenities! We loved the cocktail hour tickets for drinks as well as the fabulous breakfast buffet! Will definitely be back here! Clean, friendly staff, and very convenient to access places around St. Paul, including the Xcel Energy Center.
