Room was great. Very clean and in order. The building is showing its age and use although the staff ensured it was in as fresh of condition as they could. Loved it. The staff at the receptions and breakfast were phenomenal. They were exemplar workers. They smiled, were helpful, and appeared to love their job. The front desk staff were rude, did not smile, and acted as they were doing you a favor to check you in and out. They were not a great first impression.

The common areas and rooms are always clean. The rooms have the normal wear and tear of a Property that is fairly busy and are comfortable. The area around the hotel is parking lots. Not very attractive.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude to everyone who walked in the door. We had the same guy for check out and he was very rude then too. They also gave us a room that did not match what we paid for. When I asked about it he got very upset with me. Everything other than the encounter with this worker was great. I just wouldn’t return based off how we were treated

We had not stayed at Embassy Suites in years and had forgotten how great of a hotel it was! Quiet, spacious, and comfortable room. The gentleman at the front desk was warm, helpful, and wonderful. The free breakfast was exceptional. We will be back—no question!

Very nice
Every time I go to Minnesota I stay there, I really like that hotel, it is very nice although many people say it looks old but inside it is nice and clean and the service is very good, the only thing this time is the sheets on the sofa bed were covered in dirt or something else that I had to shake off because it felt very uncomfortable and it would only be a suggestion to make sure they are clean before the clients enter. but in general everything is fine. Of course I will continue staying at that hotel.
