Have stayed here before. It’s a convenient location for walking to concerts and games. Valet parking attendants went above and beyond. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Room safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Our stay was good we really liked the hotel but the water pressure was extremely low, we asked for the ice machine to be fixed for 3 days straight, the pillows were horrible and the beds weren’t that comfortable. Having to pay every day for valet was inconvenient especially after the valet attendant explained to us we can go in and out as many times with only paying one time. Turns out you pay for every time you take the car out.

Toilet issues

The room was great, for the most part. We had trouble with our toilet from the moment we checked in on Thursday evening,and had them come up to the room several times. The lady at the desk on the evening Saturday evening finally offered to move us but at that point we were leavening in the morning. It would have been nice if the others would have offered that sooner so we didn’t have to go down ten floors to use the restroom. Other than that our say was great.
