Bargain Stay

I came this property to attend a Timberwolves game—it was nice and close to the arena, and the price was well below comparable hotels. Cleanliness was good, service was very good, breakfast was marginal. I’d choose this hotel again. The only issue I had was in finding the front door—actually on the back of the building and not well marked.

Nice location and great value for exploring the downtown area especially some of the theaters. The building is quite new so everything was clean and working within the room a the rest of the building. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom fan and a fan in the room was constantly running and could not be turned off. Breakfast as good for the price, but we would have liked a bit more variety with the hot food items (it was always eggs and biscuits, so a bit boring after 2 days).

The self parking was only $25 but so poorly plowed it felt treacherous walking through the lot. The person who checked me in wrote the wrong room number down and it took me coming back 3 times before I questioned if the room number was correct. Breakfast was good great biscuits and gravy bed very uncomfortable and the room was too warm

Enjoyable and great location

Great location for sports events! Our room was nice, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. I was surprised how quiet everything was. The staff was super nice as well. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast.

I checked in 5 in the morning and asked if it was okay to checkout at 12pm instead of 11 am so I get my sleep. Person who checked me in said it was fine. However in the morning there was a different person who said I had to leave at 11am and even charged me extra $24 from the deposit.
