The best place we have stayed in the Minneapolis area. Room was spotless and excellently maintained. Lobby and common areas were the same as the room. The breakfast had to have been the best “hotel” breakfast we’ve had in our travels so far. Son lost his wallet and staff informed us and shipped the wallet saving us from having to replace his drivers license and other things. Please tell them when we travel back to the area that’s where we will stay and will tell others to stay there as well.

Overall Hamptons gave ruined thenselves by revamping their rooms to look like a robot. Tge headboards depict a motherboard picture, lighting has beeb deminished so you cannot see anything except in the bathroom where the backlit mirror is SO bright you can't see yourself in the mirror. What stupid designer/engineer came up with this THEN HAmpton execs accepted it-- Crazy. I have beena loyal Hamton fan for over 30 years. No More!! You have lost me-- i wont be back.

I had one comment left with the front staff. The combination (and it did take a combination) of the soft water, shower gel and the shower floor provided one very slippery surface and a potential for a fall. Each element by themselves would not have been a problem, but putting all three together, created a potential lawsuit to come. BATH MATS NEED TO BE PROVIDED! I used an extra washcloth to stand upon--but had to get out of the shower to grab it. Just a bad situation when Hampton is trying very hard to make it all a very excellent experience for someone! It is just unfortunate that management doesn't try it out for themselves first!!! All other amenties are wonderful.

Clean hotel in safe area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was less than I'd expect from a Hampton Inn. My biggest issue was the parking fee. In 30+ years of travel, i have never been chatged for parking at a suburban hotel location. I understand parking fees at downtown hotels in heavily concentrated areas, but never at a a suburban hotel. A ridiculous policy and another exmple of corporations nickel and diming their customers. Tourism inVegas is diwna nd a nig reason is all of these small added fees, yet none of these hotel execs seem to figure out that customers do not expect to pay for parking. Stop trying to make this normal. You are in a suburb with more space available than you could ever need. Parking fee for an open parking lot is a joke. When we visit our son in that area, we will be finding somewhere else to stay if this policy remains.
