Most staff rarely made eye contact or voluntarily offered assistance. Based on the pervasive attitude is seems to be a case of poor leadership and prioritization of management to motivate employees to service and teamwork.

This was probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed over many years of visiting family in Minneapolis/ St. Paul. What was really refreshing was the friendly and accommodating staff making sure throughout our stay that all was well. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel management waited until the day of check-in to contact me announcing a “parking charge”. They stated it was “to better serve our guests and enhance your overall experience during your stay.” How thoughtful of them. 😖 I’ll never stay there again.

The gym had a towel and half-empty drink cup on the towel stand. A medicine ball was left on the floor on a mat. I thought maybe someone was returning for these things, but no one did. It'd be nice to have a second mat in the room, as well as hand sanitizer. The hotel room carpet was always damp-feeling, and when we walked on a towel on it, the towel turned gray.
