Got in elevator and saw paper taped to wall that they charged $10.00 for parking. In the middle of nowhere. What better time to tell than after you've checked in and given your card? What better way to inform you than a paper taped to an elevator wall? I had just been standing at the counter where he could have told me. How about telling me when I comparing on this app to decide where I'll stay? Maybe you told in fine print? Who would look for it when it's your own little suburb parking lot? Everything is intentional about this. Hidden $10 per room, times a couple hundred rooms per night = $2,000 extra per night. 2k x 365 = $730,000.00 per year!!!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Traveling with small children can be challenging, but the spotless rooms and quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The free breakfast was a hit with the kids—fresh, delicious, and plenty of variety. Its convenient location near MSP Airport and the friendly, accommodating staff made our trip seamless. We highly recommend it for families and look forward to staying again!

It was wonderfully quiet. It was very clean and the app they now have is mint! You don't need to go to the counter at all. You can check in and out on your phone with their app and its extremely seamless. I plan on staying again my next adventure!

This is a great place to stay. The only thing i would like to see is a more comfortable chair in the room for relaxation. Somewhat similar to an easy chair with foot stool

This property was ok but an older property. I had a lot of issues with my bathroom flush not working. The staff were nice but the property is old. This is probably one of the worst Hiltons I have stayed at in the world in terms of hotel quality.
