I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and well stocked. There was a 24 hour coffee bar and the breakfast was terrific. I would stay here again.

The only thing I did not like was they did not clean my room on a daily basis. other than that> I enjoyed the hotel. it was clean, breakfast was good. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We went for a concert and stayed two nights. It was clean, bathroom was spacious and the staff was friendly. They offered breakfast and it was good we ate one morning in hotel and next morning went to the breakfast place next door that is in walking distance. We would stay they’re again

We were in room 107. It by far was the worse smelling hotel room we have ever stayed at. The room smelled like mold and the smell is still in my nose two days later. We would have requested a different room but had to get to an appointment immediately after checking in. There were also some kind of fruit flies in the room.

No employee in bldg. for check-ins for 40 mins!!!!

Good location for business in Burnsville. Easy on/off of I-35. Morning breakfast was good and area food area was clean. Arrived at 7:10pm to check in. Another person arrived to check in. We stood at front desk, hitting the bell and, even calling their lobby phone… No employee was in the bldg. until 7:43. A lady finally appeared and no explanation given. The next morning at 7:55am… same issue for people at front desk. Bathroom has mold in ceiling and tub caulking. Hotel is tired, desk has an employee issue! Sheets, old, cheap. Carpet in rooms is old.

I honestly cannot give a good review. I was just there for the night, as my mother was sick and in a near-by hospital, but I did not feel good being in this property... It felt dirty (the security doors behind the front desk were filthy... and that was before I even got to my room)! It smelled terrible... stale and musty! When in my room, I could literally see through the crack in the threshold. I did not feel safe! Sadly, I couldn't wait to get out of there!
