When we first got to our room we noticed the bed was broken so we had to change rooms. Once in our second room we noticed we had no microwave to heat up our microwave food so I had to go to a different room with a staff member to get one and carry it back to my room my self. By the 3rd day the house keeping had still not come to clean our room and give us new towels so I had to call and ask for them to come up, I then gathered all the garbage and through it into the bin for them while they watched!

The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The valet did a great job. Breakfast was delicious and the restocking was quick. We severed used the pool so I can’t speak to that. The rooms are clean and minimal which I appreciate. Beds were comfy, pillows could be a little fluffier but that’s a preference.

Perfect for events at the Xcel energy center. The room and common areas were very clean. I liked the modern layout of the hotel. Noise level for the room was low, but I am not sure about outer rooms near the bars. Parking is limited, but I used an Uber so no issues for me.
