Everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional, coffee in the lobby was good, our room was nice and spacious, and the hotel in general was fantastic. My only feedback is to please upgrade mattresses - our mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. Thank you to everyone who works there for a very enjoyable stay (besides the bed)!

I love staying at this hotel. I have not had a bad experience. Room was spectacular. Someone is always at the desk to greet you. Very clean rooms we did have a whirlpool room which could have been cleaned a little better.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good except oatmeal was cool both days I had it. I guess if you want it hot oatmeal get it before 8:30. We had a large room, which was very nice. An easy chair would have been a good addition.

Room and hotel were very clean. Everything worked well and had no issues. I thought the breakfast was subpar for a Hampton and had to wait for several minutes before someone came to the front desk.

Honestly not impressed
Honestly had high hopes for this hotel but they disappointed. In our room the refrigerator did not work the pull-out couch had dirty used sheets on it the toilet leaks every time you flush it and the TV doesn't stay on for longer than 30 seconds.

Check-in was rough. Front desk person left a note at 9:30p saying they would be back soon and arrived back an hour later, with 20 of us in the lobby waiting to check in. The next morning the general manager was hospitable and very aware of needing to address the issue with the overnight employee.
