It started off good, We were okay with the place. We lost power in the middle of the night. I understand this wasn’t the properties fault but we had infant and three other kids. Of course this led to a night of no sleep with the kids due to no way to warm bottles and the air conditioner was off. It was a miserable night. And here I am stuck with paying for $233 stay for a night of pure hell.

The aroma surrounding the front desk was too strong. Especially since it is adjacent to the breakfast area. Nobody wants to smell that when they eat. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. The double Queen suite was huge

Very clean. Appears to have been recently updated. Spacious. Quiet. Easy check in and checkout. Limited parking around the hotel outside when we got back late from the Metallica concert but we were able to park in the parking garage so that was a plus. Great location-close to MOA which is great for using the metro to go to US Bank Stadium.

Fine basic airport hotel with irksome details
Average customer service. Inquired about the airport shuttle, but no mention to grab a spot now because they fill quickly. Bedroom doors almost too heavy to open. Rooms so eco friendly they are dark. We had to take a bulb to the desk to be replaced. Had to wait while they scrounged for an early morning breakfast to go bag. Clean, convenient, soundproofed (all plusses), but just meh for things that could be so easy to fix with minimal effort.
