The hotel had both positives and negatives. On the positive side, the room was very quiet and almost soundproof, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The parking lot was spacious and well-paved, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. However, cleanliness was lacking—the floors and furniture were noticeably dirty, which took away from the overall comfort. In addition, the food options were quite limited. With some improvements in housekeeping and dining variety, this hotel could provide a much better experience.

Hotel is “fine,” it’s a good value and a good location, but beyond that it isn’t remarkable. At check in two staff members were loudly complaining about a guest. The AC worked but not well (our room maintained 76) and we were told that was the best it could do. Towel rack was hung crooked, which was comical but it also sort of set the tone for the place: it’s a fine place but the staff doesn’t seem to care

Even though my trip was really quick..loved the hotel. Check in was quick and great customer service. Room was very clean and easy shuttle service to airport. They have onsite restaurant which was convenient for my stay. Shopping, entertainment, dining all near by and walkable to. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Hotels.com did not reserve the rooms at the hotel even though i received a confirmation number. Took an hour to contact customer service and finally was able to correct issue with the hotel

If you are looking for a room with some room, this is not it. The room and bathroom were small. The room was clean, but the hallways and elevator areas were not. Had to pay $15 for parking through a 3rd party app, which said parking expired at 11am the next morni.no, but checkout was 12pm. We asked the desk clerk and all she could say was, they had nothing to do with parking since it was a 3rd party. Left a message with parking company, received no response. Texted the hotel and got confusing answers indicating it was 24 hour parking, but we checked in around 11pm and they said it was until 11am. We were afraid our rental car was going to be towed. Shame on Hilton for using a 3rd party for parking…for this reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hilton property.

The room was quiet, although a bit small. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had good food at a decent price. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Convenient location at a price that will not break the bank.
