Staff were very courteous and efficient. Room was small but well kept and bathroom was very clean and modern. Shuttle to Mall of America ran promptly every two hours and was also a convenient way to get to and from the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great except they didn't mention in the ad th a you had to pay for parking. Not only pay for parking but pay a service charge to pay. In Manhattan, I would expect to pay for parking but in suburbia no.

First impression: calling for hotel shuttle byJanetta was not pleasant! Simply Rude!! Upon arrival at the hotel, we requested/paid for joint rooms/wheelchair months in and advance and even followed up with a reminder call 2-day prior to our arrival but didn't get this requested filled even though it was promised to be there! The continental breakfast was not included & the website said it was free! Wrong advertising.
