The room was clean , but the bed was messy looking and it looked they just threw the blanket on top. The furniture and TV are very outdated. Especially for being located downtown. It was not bad - for being a last minute choice.

staff was extremely rude to us and wouldn’t let us into the room bc i pre paid with my card and lost my id that day had a picture of the front and back of my id. they denied changing the room over to my husband bc the debit card was in my name. My 3 year old had just had surgery and as i looked through all my bags for my ID they threatened to call the police for loitering. Half of the place looks torn down there was no parking bc of all the construction vehicles. DO NOT STAY HERE AND DO NOT BOOK EXPEDIA!

Had a great stay! Property was in good shape and very clean. Only negatives were as follows. They were experiencing IT issues upon checkin which caused quite a delay. Staff was apologetic but it was a lengthy process. Also, we were a part of a group and wanted to use the common areas for snacks and drinks. We were advised that we couldn’t use those areas with our own foood/drinks while the restaurant and bar were open. Should have been notified on arrival.

We went to the Vikings game, we were able to walk from the hotel and not have to worry about finding parking by the stadium. It was cold so we took the skywalk back and only had to walk about 3 blocks outside. Also had a great breakfast!
