We requested to be moved from the 1st room because the shower base had mold all over the bottom tiles. We were subsequently moved to a handicap room where the water pressure from the wand was non-existent. The third room shower drain was semi-plugged as the water in the tub rose past your ankles while showering. The Saving Grace were the employees at the front desk, they were all very pleasant and friendly....

Bed was hard. Pullout sofa cushions were stained and dingy. Booked room for 3‐-king bed had linens, pull out sofa was missing linen. Restaurant/bar was closed when we got there just after 5 PM. Hot tub closed. Breakfast cost $15/ person.

I’ve stayed at several Hilton Garden Inns and always enjoyed my stay, but this one was hands down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. First, when I booked the hotel the associate I talked to guaranteed they could have a room ready by 11am for us as we were traveling with an infant. He advised that he put this in the notes. However, when we arrived we found out that a room would not be ready for several hours. The manager questioned who told me I could get an early check in, and stated that would be a special request. Was it NOT a special request since I called and spoke to someone over a month in advance?! Needless to say, this left it where our infant had to sit in our truck with my mother the entire time while we packed up a trailer with stuff from a storage unit. Instead of being able to stretch out and be comfortable in the hotel room we were promised would be ready by the time we arrived to town. After finally being able to check into our room several hours later we found the condition of the room to be less than ideal. Multiple stains on the carpet, the coffee maker was too large for the rolling tray it was on that it stuck out and was in the way when trying to walk in and out of the room, the fridge had several massive dents in it, the bathroom floor was slanted and majority of the ceiling was cracked or being patched. There was also a large spot of dried blood on the blanket on the bed! You can’t tell me the staff didn’t see it!!

Beaten down, Hilton
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was in disrepair. The furniture in the lobby had holes and tears. Our room furniture was also heavily worn with tears on the Ottoman. The refrigerator freezer was all frozen over and the freezer door would not close. The racks in the refrigerator were also missing and broken. There were bricks missing from the entranceway, sidewalks cracked, elevator tiles cracked and broken , Baseboards near the elevator and ice machine were pulled off the walls and in some areas there was mold growing behind the baseboards. The icemaker on the fourth floor was not functional for most of the stay. Dryer in the laundry was not functioning. The $20 breakfast was worse than free breakfast at lesser hotels. The bed and the room was broken down as were all the desks and chairs. The chest holding the refrigerator and icemaker was so uneven the shelves slid out bruising our arms. The cardboard shims by the hotel were a joke not a fix. The wall heater/air conditioner did not have controls on the unit only on the wall therefore, the air would blow so strong that we were either freezing cold or burning hot. This hotel does not deserve the Hilton name. I recommend Hilton corporation do a quality assurance in person check on the hotel. The owners of the building must not be very responsive to complaints by staff and customers. The entire time that I stayed there, I did not hear one positive comment other than the staff is nice.

Checked in no problems, elevator floor had large cracks throughout, hallway carpets dirty and stained. Room carpet stained, ottoman cracked and peeling. Suspected bed bugs, bites occurred in bed, comforter cover stained. Staff was very helpful in getting room changed and next room was cleaner.
