When we arrived, they said they didn’t have a reservation and couldn’t find it and turned us away. Even though I had the confirmation number and the money had already been taken out of my account then there was no customer service to call Hotels.com to stand up for

New,clean, comfortable with parking.
New, comfortable, spacious room. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The large TV and games in the lobby were fun. There was plenty of convenient free parking also.

Don't book here if you want to park at the hotel and take a shuttle to the airport then come back and get your car they don't allow it. They only offer it to guests that book through them direct. I asked if I could buy the park and shuttle package after and they said no. We had to wake up early and go to Park and Fly. Besides the sheets having blood on them the rest of the hotel was decent. The lady at the front desk was not helpful with the parking.

Our experience was terrible. Staff was great. Rooms horrible first room microwave, coffee pot did not work. Room was dirty dust hung off head boards. We ask to change our Room which they did for us. Still not happy with cleanliness. Ear plugs left for construction noise outside. Not happy at all. Had to pay $4.00 for water. Suppose to stay two nights we left the next day to different hotel.
