My room was very spacious and it was kept very clean during my stay. One of the elevators and the pool was closed but I was still able to enjoy my stay. My only issue was during one of the nights (Saturday night) there were children running back and forth down the hall. The next day there was a sign posted near the elevator that said “no running” so the problem was resolved. There was a good breakfast selection and overall I had a good experience.

I liked that the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was also quite good. I did not like that one elevator was broken (they were working on it the day we left).

Holiday inn express shokpee

So we called and we were looking for a hot tub and the hotel manager, and you guys said that the hot tub worked at this particular hotel. Well when we got there, we checked in the elevator, didn’t work. The washer and dryer didn’t work then we went down to the hot tub and there was about 10 inches of sand in it, and it was dirty as all could be so we complained to the guy that was there and he said oh it doesn’t work in months but you’ll have to talk to the general manager, so we talk to him in the morning and he said the same thing and he was rather a dick, but we want to refund

EV Chargers didn’t work

The hotel itself was good, but the main reason I booked this hotel was because it had EV chargers. When we got there, all of the chargers had non-EV vehicles parked in front of them since the spots weren’t reserved for EV’s. When I finally could plug it in, none of them worked.

It was fine for a one-night stay, but the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. People were particularly loud between 2-3 a.m., making it hard to sleep.
