The room was very small. About half the size of most hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are paper thin. Could hear everything the kids in the room next to us were chatting about. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was clean.

The room was clean didn't look run down the breakfast was good would stay again didn't like that there was no hot tub only a pool and I could hear people in the hallway and weird that there was only a shower no tub overall would recommend this hotel

loved them! We made a mistake and booked at the wrong hotel and tried to cancel our reservation 3 days before our stay. We couldn’t get through to the hotel for a day and a half then They refused to cancel it and refund us. We ended up paying for 2 separate hotels. Horrible experience. We won’t be staying at a holiday inn express ever again unfortunately

Efficient and clean. Noisy doors.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff is efficient. Only issue is that the room doors slam shut and the noise reverberates everywhere and wakes us. Frankly this is typical of most hotels, the hotel industry still hasn’t figured out how to engineer doors that don’t make so much noise when being shut…

Great property. Recently renovated and beautifully done. Clean, good breakfast, nice rooms with comfortable beds, soft towels and great water pressure! Black-out blinds definitely help with the lot lighting of nearby businesses. We’ll keep this one on our list!

The guy at the front desk was polite and efficient. We asked why there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room anymore. He said they took them out because of a new coffee machine in the lobby. He still brought us a Keurig to use. That was very nice of him. Good employee!

Clean space to stay over night.

The stay was ok. The staff was very welcoming. There were many scents happening- the "air freshener" smell in the lobby was strong, there was a different "air freshener" scent in the elevator and a different air freshener scent in the room. All 3 were a little overpowering. We did discover in the night that cold air was coming in (it was 7 degrees that day). Let the staff know in the morning. The pool and lobby area were really nice.
