First, I had to wait in a line over 30 minutes just to check in and the front desk rep was not that nice. There was an unexpected parking fee. Why? They also charge a deposit. I wish these places would disclose these fees. Now I have two charges on my credit card for the deposit and room and the final charge. Literally tying up $300 which I would like to use for other things. I’m not rich and I can only travel cheap. The room was average. I’m also an IHG member and I should have gotten at least a couple bottles of water at check in. Nope. Do not stay here.

Great stay, noisy night outside the hotel.

We were pleased with the room, cleanliness, comfort, staff was very professional and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to The Mall of America was very punctual and well organized. The only part of our stay was loud fireworks going off outside between 11-1 pm. Could not sleep. No one knew who set them off, or where they came from. Otherwise, it was a great stay
