The over all stay was very nice. But they require a 100.00 depot in case of damage. They don’t return that deposit for 5-7 days. I feel they should not take the money unless there is damage and I should not have to wait a week to get it back. Also I was never informed about paying for parking. To pay parking is outrageous. The parking lot was NOT plowed almost got stuck. Very slippery. Came back 3 days later same mess. Sloppy slippery. If I have to pay such a thing it should be cleared out and safe Handicap parking wasn’t even cleared out. Never heard to pay to park at ANY hotel EVER as a guest. It has not snowed in the 3-4 days I was gone. The parking lot should be completely cleared. So I lost 30.00 to park in a sloppy snow slippery mess. And waiting to get my (200.00) 2 deposits back. Thank you

When I entered my room the temperature was 61 degrees. I tried setting the thermostat but it didn't work. Because I got in late I didn't call maintenance. I just needed to sleep. In the morning the temperature in my room was 59 degrees. It was a miserable night.
