Bad Experience

We paid for 2 included breakfast's for each morning on Hotels.com. The Hotel did not honor the breakfasts. When I asked about it the manager told me I shouldn’t have booked with hotels.com. Short version - paid for 4 breakfasts which we didn’t get. Hotel said never book with Hotels.com. I probably won’t use Hotels.com or ever stay in that Holiday Inn again.
