After arriving on time we were delaid an hour as rooms not ready. Upon retirn we had to rquest a different room as asighned location was too far for disabled family member to walk. Then we had to wait for assistance with toilet backing up. Once settled we had a good nights rest

The staff were super nice and I really liked the shuttle service they provided to the airport and MOA. Breakfast was good, a little crowded on certain days. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that they only clean the room if you stay more than 6 days, if you want it cleaned you need to call before 7 am if you want same day cleaning. Also my room was located in front of the pool and on the path to the restaurant which caused a lot of noise on Friday and Saturday. Those rooms specifically should be avoided if you want to sleep. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Not a fan of the pillows they had, but that is minor. Breakfast choices were great for the whole family.

We had a nice stay, very close to Mall of America! We walked there every day! I will say the walls are super thin. We had neighbors who kept playing loud music that was shaking the walls, it was going on even at 1:30 am. Staff handled it both times it happened immediately! They were very helpful, totally not their fault! I just wish you couldn't hear every single little thing in the rooms!

Checkin was a great experience. Easy and quick. The location was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. The free coffee/tea bar was a nice touch. Staff were always friendly and helpful. When there was some confusion on being overcharged, Expedia did nothing for me and was quite rude, but when I contacted the hotel directly, they were super friendly and sorted things out within minutes of talking to them. It was a nice quick walk to the mall, and the mall’s transit station. Would stay again.
