When we checked in they did not have keys available, and we didn’t get one til we came back for the evening at 11:30 pm (we checked with front a few times for keys and they were not ready, our shower door was broken and there was a finger nail on our floor when we opened the door (fake nail). When we told front end about everything they did not seem to care about tue complaints
