Smelled weed in the bathroom occasionally. Someone was smoking nearby and it must have come through the vents. Carpet was ripped. Had to pay for parking in the regular lot.

The only negative is the shower water pressure..maybe better shower heads..because i tried adjusting and it wasnt pleassung at all..I rented 3 rooms for my family and they all had the same comment...other then that everything else was excellent..the breakfast variety was well over my expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the property is pretty well maintained. Pleasant staff and breakfast had some decent variety. Parking had a fee and had to be paid by QR code and was an extra step that I’d rather not have had to handle, but that’s obviously not a huge deal. We had a ground floor room and it faced the parking lot, which was loud even later at night, so I’d request a higher floor next time. We were only there one night and it served our purposes well.

Initially choose property because it was pet friendly. Last minute changes and I didnt bring my dog. Saved $100 but to late to cancel for refund. Leaking roof in lobby, lots of buckets everywhere. $10/night for parking, very unnecessary.

Rocky start but ended great

Our plane landed late and we were locked out and unable to reach the front desk. After about 20 minutes someone answered. But it was stressful for a bit. Please let future guests know that check-in ends at midnight and doors lock at 11pm. That seems unexpected for an airport hotel

We have stayed at this property multiple times and we really love the location and it’s just a nice place. We love walking and it is close enough to walk to the Mall of America and IKEA. We have also had the shuttle drivers offer to take us to places nearby for dinner and to drop off a rent a car. The front desk folks are very helpful….we love Trina
