Property itself was good. I didn’t feel like the staff was overly helpful or friendly (didn’t get a run down on amenities during check in), but they weren’t rude by any means. Room was clean, but the sofa bed mattress came out and the mattress looked stained from the bottom so it kind of grossed me out. Sheets looks clean though. Room was great otherwise. Pool was definitely unkept. Used towels everywhere. Spa was not filled right. Late night staff at the bar didn’t seem to know what she was doing. My martini was meh and she didn’t have suggestions for something to try when I asked. It was convenient to downtown for concerts or events. I wouldn’t say it’s the safest location, but this hotel does a great job at keeping you safe. The lobby itself is locked so not just anyone can walk in. I never felt unsafe with my 4 kids, but I could see how there might be characters after hours. That’s just downtown for you. Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast but it looked good. Overall, good stay…but didn’t blow me out of the water by any means.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Parking is easy, right in the lower level with an elevator to the lobby. The hotel is in a convenient downtown location. Easy walk to events, restaurants, and public transportation.

The Parking situation was odd. Very, very tight driving conditions. Had to take one elevator to get to the hotel. Then, take a second elevator to the room. The room and staff were fantastic. Fitness center is very good.

Great location for US Bank Stadium events. Very nice free breakfast buffet. Coffee shop & bar near lobby. Convenience store next door. Room very clean & large with everything I needed. Felt very safe there. All staff very nice & helpful. Great hotel! Would stay again anytime!

Too much waiting!!!
I was very disappointed with the check-in process. They did not have enough staff checking in people. I checked-in over an hour after check-in time and my room nor my friend's room was ready. They just shrugged it off and it felt like "whatever". I received a text 5 minutes later saying it was ready. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes in line before I could get the keys. My friend never received a text saying their room was ready, but when they checked at the desk, it had been ready for a while. They told us at check-in that our rooms would be on the same floor (that is all we asked for) and when it was time to check-in we were on separate floors. They also did not have any luggage carts, and the parking ramp is not exactly close. The rooms were nice and clean. Once I returned to the hotel after the concert, it was chaos. They have 4 elevators, however people who were using the parking ramp were accessing the elevators too. There were not any stairs that we could find, otherwise I would have accessed them. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to get on an elevator. I don't think I would purposely stay at this hotel again, unless I didn't have other options.

Because the property was downtown, we found it difficult to find restaurants open in the evening. Also, hotel parking was expensive ($28 per nite). A lot 1 block away was only $15.
