I entered my room and there were red stains on the lamp shade in the living area and on the underside of the mattress on the pull out sofa bed. The view from my room was nice especially during the evening. I also enjoyed the whirlpool and breakfast. The property doesn’t accept cash anymore which was a little inconvenient, I was directed to an ATM in the convenience store on the ground level but it is withdraw only. Overall I’m satisfied but if they’re holding $250 for an incidental fee, I expect the room to be clean.

The property is old and broken. I have checked in on May 27th., my finger got injured by the sliding door of the shower. I have reported to the manager the other morning after the conference. But he just have me to write down my contact information can be reported to the other General manager and No further response eventually before I checked out. That's really made me disappointed!!

My husband and I got stuck in the elevator from the street level to the hotel for 2 1/2 hours. The emergency button didn't work and when I called the hotel front desk they told me they weren't responsible for the elevator, there was nothing they could do, and then hung up on me. We wound up having to call 911 and the firefighters couldn't get us out either. Finally they were able to contact the elevator company who sent a technician to get us out. When I contacted the assistant general manager to discuss the incident they blamed my husband and I for the elevator getting stuck and then did not respond to my second email. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great Hotel and Staff

Everything and everyone was amazing! Friendly staff. Only negative I can say is that we were charged $250 per night incidentals fee which is WAY more than I have ever been charged!!! I was told it would take 3-10 days to “fall off” if there was no extra fees occurred. I do not think this is there standard fee as last month I stayed there and it was either $50 or $100 maybe since there was a concert nearby?
