The staff get 5 stars for warmth, friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel room gets 5 stars for spaciousness. The hotel amenities get a 3- bar closes on Sundays so you can’t order food at all. Housekeeping gets a 1. I requested service three times during our one week stay and they did not vacuum once. There were even old candies (skittles that we didnt bring there), hair and some crumbs every time we came back. On top of that, on the second day, housekeeping took my daughter’s Edikted bag that had two tank tops in it (with tags) and no one seems to know what happened to it. And this was after giving a $20 tip.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I love to find unique properties when we travel and this hotel is a beautiful adaptation of the building’s past life at one of the largest and busiest post offices in our country’s history. There are historical touches meticulously intertwined with the modern updates

The check in lady barely acknowledged me. Seemed not interested at all. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was rough. They either ran out of forks, spoons, plate, bowls, coffee, or food all the time. The lady doing the food was trying her hardest, but was not able to keep up. We were lucky and only went without coffee for the time being. Not many choices either. The pool was tiny and cold and shallow. The building was absolutely beautiful and was the best part of the whole trip.
