Customer service was very good both at the front desk and for the shuttle. The airport 4 am shuttle was on time and got me to where I needed to go for my 6 am flight! But I thought I was booking a more upscale hotel based on price and reviews. I paid extra to have a nicer hotel and it felt pretty run down. Stains on every piece of furniture in the room, stains on the bedsheet, the poolside chair cushions looked frumpy. The lobby was kind of dirty with a few small scraps of garbage littering the floor. Next time I will try the holiday inn express. It's less money and you get free breakfast. There was nothing special about this hotel.

Snafu with their parking app. Was told because of this, parking would be comped. Two days later, i was charged for patking then given the absolute runaround when I called to question. One Hyatt employee actually read from a cheat sheet as if my concerns did not matter in the least!!! Extremely disrespectful.

Decent enough hotel, but it seemed to be often overbooked from third-party sites. We called to confirm our 2-queen room was ready, then had to wait 2 hours in the lobby along with two other families, with assurances that our rooms were nearly ready. As our rate was non-refundable, we were told we would not be refunded if we went to another hotel. Around midnight, they admitted our room wasn’t available and offered us a suite- with only one bed for our family of 4. We requested extra bedding to make it work, but it was never brought to the room. Neither company is offering any refund after lots of back and forth, claiming we got an “upgrade.” Wouldn’t risk booking here again.

Finally had a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. Room was very clean and staff was great. There are some fees (parking)(breakfast) that I wish were disclosed before booking.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency in Bloomington. We reserved the Executive Suite and this was an amazing room! It was perfect for hosting everyone. The entire hotel was clean and quiet and all the staff we encountered were friendly and nice. By far my favorite hotel I've stayed in recently!

Overall a nice place, but the shuttle caters to the airport (understandably), but we were denied entry for a ride to the mall (which we found out was a quick and easy drive ourselves, but wanted to take the shuttle). No free breakfast but we ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Our bathroom counter did have a large yellow stain on it. Not the most comfortable bed and limited blankets, but still nice.

Minnesota State Fair anyone?

Clean and super convenient for trip to Minnesota state fair. Round trip bus is a short 5 minute walk away. We chose this hotel because of this convenient location.
