We liked the location & shuttle service. The bed & bedding was poor. Front staff were helpful but the staff at restaurant were rude & ignored us even though they weren’t busy & were clearly waiting for our order.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. There are signs with QR codes in the parked lot and you have to pay $15/night for parking. The rooms were clean and the pillows were definitely a favorite!

It was new and very nice. Comfortable beds and good dining, breakfast options. Convenient location to MOA. Only complaint would be paying for self parking. Should be included in price.

Overpriced!
Overpriced! The staff was poorly trained and not very polite. The room was clean and in good condition. However the furnishings were modern and not comfortable. Why would a room with two queen beds only have one chair for one person to sit down. They chose form over comfort. Go elsewhere for a better value. Same quality room and nicer staff for a much better price. For the price, things should have been impeccable. They weren’t.

Rooms are overpriced for what you get. They don't clean the rooms daily or replace towels, coffee, etc unless you go down to ask for it. The restaurant is hardly open. For $175/night I expect a little more ammenties and services.
