The lady I met on Thursday was so friendly , accommodating, she made sure everything was okay for me .

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. On top of that, the elevator wasn’t working, which made things really difficult, especially with luggage. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
