There was nothing inherently wrong with the property, but it was not very well-maintained. I was only told after checking in that it was a third-floor walk-up because the elevator was broken. Once I got to the room, I realized it did not have the refrigerator mentioned in the listing, the continental breakfast consisted of either Frosted Flakes or Cheerios, and the wall next to it blasted music until exactly midnight each night. None of these issues was particularly damning on its own, but they are reflected in the overall lower score.

Sheets had white stuff stuck to sheets, so had to use my own blanket on top of the bed. The heater didn't warm the room until about 3am, freezing system, at checkin someone was shouting the f word so loud from their room I heard swearing the whole time during checkin, very ghetto. Do not recommend to anyone!

Hotel staff were amazing, very helpful, supportive. Very kind people. The entrance was very nice, I love the tiles, marble looking walls. The hallway to the second floor had a strong cigarette smell, it was a turn off. Nevertheless, the next day I left my room the smell was somewhat gone. (Very good house keeping crew). The area was lowkey & nice. Close to so many food places/ Walmart/ gas stations. I overall will give this place a 7/10. I do plan on booking again in the future.

Internet was okay, once you figured how how to get into it. The breakfast was meager to say the least. This place is under new management and they are remodeling so it surprised me to see that they were actually open. The shower had an unexpected apparatus which this local girl didn't recognize at all. Water pressure was low and king bed was SUPER firm which was a challenge. I think if one went back there in about 6 mos you'd be pleasantly surprised. As for now, 4/26 give them time to worrk on the pLACE. Thanks

The woman who checked me in while not rude was not the friendliness. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The carpet in the room was stained but was clean. This was a smoking room yet there was no ashtray and previous guests left burn marks on the furniture. Television did not work as did one lamp. Overall not a good stay.

This truly was my worse stay at a hotel, the smell is one of the most horrendous things my nose has ever come across. The bathroom is like a crime scene the room deserves an Oscar for depicting where the world ends. I got onto the second floor and part of it looked like an abandoned building, I was genuinely waiting for people to jump out and attack of sewer rats or snakes in the vents. I don’t know how this place is operational. If it was $20 a night it’d still be too expensive. Also there’s red stuff all over the carpets is that blood? Yeah please save your money 💰

The room was completely disgusting, it was very unpleasant and unsanitary, electric outlets did not work safely and almost melted my charge block. The tub was unsafe and nasty. The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money.

when first walking in, there was something all over the hall and a overwhelming smell of smoke, when we got to the room, the overhead lights didn't work, the lamps weren't working and there was stains all over the carpet noticeable just from the light in the hall, after getting employee assistance to get some light, we found cigarette burns and cuts in the sheets, stains on the walls, dirt everywhere and the only working outlet not used by a lamp or AC was in the bathroom.
