The elevator was getting stuck. They provided water the whole stay which is nice cause most hotels don’t have free water. Front desk could have been more friendly but they did accommodate me with what I needed.

The room itself worked It was nice having separation for my teens and us as a family.... however Right off the bat they charge your card $100... both of the showers in the rooms that we had leaked and by leaked I mean poured water everywhere.. The breakfast was a joke It was biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were literally frozen and the set up and over mass people compared to food set out had people being super rude. the hallways smelled like mold and moisture most likely from all the leaking water all over. overall it was good enough to get through our night but it was disgusting and 3 days later I still don't have my 100$ refunded. and the PARKING LOT is a danger to vehicles and people

It was okay as far as a safe place but the elevators and floors seemed dirty/sticky. The room smelled like smoke once we got back later so not sure why but it got on all our clothes and belongings. Seemed very outdated. Lights flickering and small tv.

The room and surrounding area was clean and pleasant. The shuttle to the airport was friendly and efficient. However, when I called to reserve the room I was told that the rate included 1 week of free parking. When we checked in we were required to pay for additional nights parking and told the rate only included 1 night of parking.

This property has gone down hill.I stayed in the past breakfast were delicious and clean, now breakfast were not that great and lots of ants climbing around the juice and coffee station. Front desk staff don’t do anything or offer you any support when dealing with a issue they just say I don’t know. Not happy with this stay … lots to improve here

We stayed here after a long flight. There was an incident of domestic violence in the middle of the night in the room across from ours. The incident lasted a few hours and extended to the hallway right in front of our door; we eventually needed to call the police. We did not feel safe and did not sleep all night. The next morning, no manager was on site so we had to email them. Their response was very unprofessional and dismissive. We will definitely not stay here again!

There are to many potholes in the parking lot. The pool was closed for two nights, my kids couldn't use it. There needs to be a sugar sweetner for people who don't use sugar.
