Very rude front desk and no sense of communication. I requested a late check out and they kept knocking on my door. Spoke with front desk morning shift and he was very rude and disrespectful. Apparently he wasn’t told about the late check out but basically kept saying that i was lying about it and he even wanted to call the night crew to try and prove me wrong but it backfired on him and still was rude about it. Never staying here again if my life counted on it

Very unsatisfied with my stay
It was terrible they are not a 7 star they are more of a 4.5 we was switched to 5 different rooms and they all had something wrong with it I booked a 6 day stay and checked out the second day they did not give me a discount for the hassle that I went through. They need an upgrade and remodel bad. I was very disappointed.
Broken. AC door won’t close in one of the rooms we went in.

Awesome stay
One of the best stays i had in awhile with my family. The rooms were really clean and the staffing were really helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious and they had a bunch of selections of food to choose from.
