Wonder stay, very friendly staff. So close to everything and easy to get to. Next door there is a wonder restaurant with outdoor seating and awesome food. Hotel had great breakfast and comfortable dining area- up to date and large. Free coffee/ lemon water/ mints and basket of apples in front lobby. Gazebo on grounds and we slept wonderful - Was extremely quiet ( on third floor) room was clean, air conditioning worked great so very comfortable ( most hotels so hot and stuffy or air not). Nice large laundry room. Hotel very busy with all types of vacationers. Felt safe at all times- grounds were lite up great in parking areas all around building. Two thumbs up.

Good Hotel
Nice looking hotel from the outside, plenty of parking. Lobby was clean, tidy. Check-in was very easy, and the gal that helped us was very friendly and quick! The hotel was clean overall, but is getting dated. Beds are somewhat comfy, but getting old. Our room was "damp" feeling, likely due to the humidity...the A/C unit kept the room cool, but did not help with the moisture, so the carpet and bedding felt slightly wet. Not a deal breaker. Shower head needs replacing, it's old and water struggled to come out. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from and the area was always well stocked and constantly cleaned! A+ for that! Would stay there again, as it was a decent hotel and had shopping and amenities nearby. Highly recommend the restaurant Clives, which is right next door. Excellent food!!

My girlfriend and I stayed in room 132. I upgraded to this room because it had a jacuzzi. When we used the jacuzzi it seemed fine, until we turned on the jets. Once we turned those on we noticed a lot of white flakes floating around in the water, which we found pretty unsanitary, definitely not worth the 70 dollar upgrade. We also noticed what seemed to be a semen stain on the bed skirt. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well due to it being clogged with hair, but I did use some q-tips to get a large chunk of the hair out. There was also 2 outlets in our room that didn't work. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful, kind and polite. The included breakfast was very good. The workers did a great job of keeping the food warm and full, and there was plenty of room for seating.

The door didn’t latch properly. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that didn’t close fully. No bathroom fan. Shower head was too low. The room was not cleaned well. Found items in the stair well that looked to be there for a long time. Just not a very clean place.

It was an older updated hotel, the room and bathroom was smaller than expected but that was fine, the bed was very comfortable! The continental breakfast was good, nothing too special, your normal offerings with a hot food option. Very small area to grab food although as it is centered around a small island and got very crowded quickly. The breakfast attendants were very attentive to cleanliness and restocking. The dining area was huge and very inviting!

50$ convince fee/pet fee by the way. This was not on the website nor was it on hotels.com. I bought it online for the price thinking there weren't any more fees. The room was not as advertised, and I was disappointed. It was small, the sheets weren't very clean, the bathroom door was hard to open/close, and the same for the door to the room. The towels weren't clean. The bed was comfortable, at least. Breakfast was ok.
