$58 per day for valet is outrageous, considering they wouldn’t allow me to fall down to have my car waiting. And they were way too short staffed on valets. Waited 30 min for my car. Rooms were nice, spacious, with great views and excellent location. Overall place is starting to show some wear and age. But given the price I felt it was appropriate overall. I would stay again for the price.

Lofton used to be a bit of a high end hotel but I feel that bar has dropped . I property is poorly kept with old furniture in the rooms and the rooms are not very clean . The service is very average. The food is good both dine in and restaurant. I was disappointed this time . We have stayed in lofton bunch of times but I feel bad for how the property is currently maintained. Hope it gets better .

Honestly might be the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. Sheets are rough and noisy, alarm clock was very bright and had to be covered up, and the mattress gave me back pain each night making it even harder to stay asleep longer than 30 minutes. Both parents in the family had this issue.
