The check-in clerk was quite unhelpful; however, the late night clerk and the check out clerk were good old-fashioned hospitable. The furnishings were a bit uncomfortable, hard to figure out. More technical than comfortable. Some fell over when I tried to use them. The bed was a bit low and the water went all over when I took a shower. The parking was confusing and expensive, so I parked down the street at a strange garage that I almost couldn't figure out how to get out of. The neighborhood didn't feel too safe. However, the room was cozy and clean and everyone just kind of left me alone to enjoy a good rest.

Usually, you are not expecting much when you book a cheaper hotel, but I went with this place based on people's positvie reviews and I'm glad I did. I loved my experience so much that I would stay here again. The staff are super friendly and there are lots of fun games in the lobby and bar. We happen to be partying in uptown so it was nice to stay at a place that was within walking distance to multiple bars. The hotel's modern, clean and has a nice vibe, definitely recommend!

The room was quite small - 2 people could not pass between the end of the bed and the wall - and there was only one chair which very low slung and hard to get out of, particularly for an over 6-foot person. As a sleeping room it was perfectly serviceable. The bed was comfortable. If we stay at this location in the future we will pay more attention to room size and lay-out

THE WORST! **read!!
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. There was no comfortable chair in the room instead there was a "camping/farmy" style IDFK which included a folding camping seat and a cheap leather chair that gave you no comfort. The bed was just as bad and the blankets which gave off a homeless vibe OMG LOL BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET!!! BAthroom situation was just as bad...there was NO door in this bougie shower there for the shower experience is COLD BRING HEATER. It stunk. It smelled like dirty mop water soaked socks!!!!!!! NO go anywhere else. It is not worth your money and esp. your dignity! The staff hates you...want something well, deal with attitude. NO do not go!!
