Someone was mugged standing by the main lobby door while waiting for a car service to arrive to take them to dinner. Prior to seeing this, I told my husband that I did not feel safe when i walked from the suggested parking ramp back to the buidling. The general area surround this hotel has gotten less safe over the past few years.

Super-fun easy warm stay during a very cold night. Drink vouchers were a nice surprise (still remember to tip your bartender!), and the games and atmosphere were very welcoming. The room was clean, and the set up was perfect. Would stay again!

Good, affordable hotel in an excellent location for transit. Room featured a guitar and amp, so that’s a first. Only flaw was that the shower floods the bathroom and the drain is at the highest point in the floor, and there is a $100 incidentals charge, although that is not abnormal.

Love this hotel! Was a concert down the road so we stayed here, rooms are kind of small but they’re very cute and totally adequate, bar, lounge, lobby area looks like a fun place to hang out.

The stay was great and the staff friendly. Getting there through maps on my phone was a nightmare took us all over the city and an extra 3 hours of bs. Once there we called to find out where to park, they kept telling us a parking ramp, and we type in the parking ramp into the maps round and round and round the block we went went to the wrong parking ramp got sent out of that one come find out it was across the street and it is not a parking ramp. It is a parking lot. We should’ve been to our hotel by 3:30 4 o’clock and we did not get there till 20 to 6 and made it to our concert two minutes before it started.

Ive stayed at many moxys, and this was my least favorite. Rooms were nice but a lot of other things didnot meet my expectations for this hotel chain. Much room for improvement on customer service skills.

The check-in clerk was quite unhelpful; however, the late night clerk and the check out clerk were good old-fashioned hospitable. The furnishings were a bit uncomfortable, hard to figure out. More technical than comfortable. Some fell over when I tried to use them. The bed was a bit low and the water went all over when I took a shower. The parking was confusing and expensive, so I parked down the street at a strange garage that I almost couldn't figure out how to get out of. The neighborhood didn't feel too safe. However, the room was cozy and clean and everyone just kind of left me alone to enjoy a good rest.
