Very nice, unique, retro style hotel with nice lobby. Staff was great and we received coupons for two drinks at the bar. Construction outside hotel, but room itself was quiet. Very walkable neighborhood, close to Bde Maka Ska lake and Lake of the Isle. We loved our stay!

The staff was polite and efficient. The rooms are clean… a little on small size however the room had everything we needed to be comfortable and I felt safe with the location of property. A good variety of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Uptown Minneapolis.

Lots of construction in the neighborhood- just a heads up on traffic/delays. The whole property was clean and well maintained. Our room had a faint smell of smoke, like the previous guests smoked a cigarette inside and left. After a day or so the smell died down, and the rest of the stay was great.
