Good for budget stays

There were a few small stains on the linens on the bed and the office chair was very stained. The toilet seat looked very old and had some discoloration. Other than that, everything smelled clean and was comfortable. The staff was very nice and efficient.

The hotel was good. It was for two adults and two kids, 7 and 9. It was only 10 minutes from the Mall of America and right next to a highway for convenient traveling. Breakfast was good. They had a pretty good variety. Mini fridge with different flavors of yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bread/biscuits. Some sausage gravy, 3 types of cereals, milk, and some waffle batter/waffle iron. My son really enjoyed the breakfast. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of cleanliness. I know certain stains are hard to get off, but seeing them on towels is kinda icky especially if you’re suppose to use it after a shower to dry yourself off. There were small orange/red stains and big brown stains. There was a huge brown stain on one of the mattresses but it was covered with sheets so it wasn’t a big deal. But the sheets did have some spots also. It was hard to walk around barefoot cause the floors felt dirty and sticky. I had crocs or socks on the whole time in the room. Overall experience was good. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Even gave us the option to choose what floor we preferred.

Good value. Stayed two nights over a weekend for the Yacht Club Festival. Room was clean, service friendly. Decent variety of breakfast options including cereal, breads, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. not too far from airport or downtown St. Paul.

Good room for families, it had 3 beds. Nice large area. Good location, nice breakfast. Good value for the money. The rooms that had connecting doors…we could totally hear every conversation the neighbors were having. Like they were in the room with us. That was annoying as they went to bed after us and got up before us. Air conditioner and tv problem but the manager was great and gave us a discount on our stay which was appreciated. We would stay here again if we’re in town. He really tried to make things right

My stay was mostly ok. There was a stale smoke smell in the room which was a little off putting. The shower could use an upgrade also. Other than that, my stay was fine. I would not stay here long term but for a night or two would be fine.

The single queen room that I had was small, but very functional, and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean, the area felt very safe, and the bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the guest in the room next door was loud, and the staff immediately took action, and remedy the situation. The staff is very in tune with making sure that all guests are well cared for and respected. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
