Not a safe or good hotel no Wi-Fi staff get mad when u ask for linen the 3rd shift worker very rude he came from Motel 8 not far from here and he act like he the owner n don’t no anything

Roaches a lot of kids here very nosy loud people run in and out the building doors barely open they act like you go, steal a laundry. They don’t want to even eat you know towels, the evening staff evening and night staff are rude. Very rude.

The pictures for this place made it look like a nice hotel, but when we got there, there were people loitering outside everywhere, playing music, we got inside and the staff were very nice. But the entire building reeked of cigarettes. I booked a non smoking room, but you couldn’t tell the difference because the whole place stunk. It was dirty. The door looked like it had been pried open, and the key card barely worked to let us in. The bathroom counter was dirty and the tub had debris and hair in the bottom of it. Then the walls beside the beds were also dirty. Sheets and blankets were clean, but the pillows themselves were gross and yellow. Since the hotel is pet friendly, I found dog fur on a towel I used after a shower. Other guests were loud and there was a dog barking across the hall all night on our first night there. I had another reservation for later in the month, but I cancelled it because I don’t want to stay in a dirty hotel again. Overall rating this place a 2 stars, which is being generous. I only give this high of a rating because the staff members were very nice and helpful. Seemed like the kind of place to have bugs, as our allergies acted up terribly there.
