Food within walking distance, cute park (Vermillion falls) right up the road. Close to the riverwalk/ historic downtown. Clean and the staff was very nice!

Motel was older but room was clean, bed nice. However, no mention on-line or when checking in that motel had NO elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. My husband is 73 yrs old and has health issues - no offer to have ground floor room. Many work trucks in parking lot and appeared to cater to this population. In addition, reviews indicated that breakfast was great. However, during our stay breakfast was minimal and did not look or taste good.
