Internet was horrible. Couldn't log on several times. Then when I could it was extremely slow. Reported it twice. A lot of trash outside the entrance. Their was a long hair in the shower. Wasn't mine I'm bald. Staff was very pleasant breakfast was good

Got a room facing into some kind of convention hall, which felt kind of insane. A little unnatural. Downtown MPLS needs more nightlife, or at least a 7-11 nearby. Clean room and facilities overall

Once you stepped foot in the hotel, it was beautiful. The surrounding area was a little unsafe feeling, there just groups of people loitering and yelled at us as we walked past. Also things to do without taking an Uber were very lacking. The hotel itself was great and it was a quick walk to Target Center.
