Last stay ever at The hotel

I encountered the rudest checkin person ever in all my travels. It was so bad I had to ask a manager to check me in. The front desk continued to snark and laugh while they could not find the room I reserved. As they checked me in to a lower valued room then I reserved without telling me, the front desk person started to yell obscenely at my wife and I as we walked to the elevator. The manager did little to stop the issue while we were present but assured us later it was handled. He witnessed the entire conversation and agreed it was out of line and should not have happened yet didn’t intervene until I asked if someone else could check us in and help. Two days later she is back at the front desk.

Trip to Target Field

My husband & I stayed here to go to a Twins game. I knew that the hotel was close when I selected this place. What I didn’t know was the skyway goes to this hotel. Of course it rained late in the game & was then suspended for 90 minutes. We were able to return from Target Field to the hotel getting minimally wet using the skyway.

The staff was wonderful. Above and beyond at the front desk, from check-in staff to help from the manager. The hotel is clean and centrally located downtown, only blocks from Target Field.

Should be better!

From my point of view, and my expectations, the house keeping could have being better, considering that I stayed 7 days, after complaining, I got the room cleaned and organized 02 days in a week, what was very weird for me specially when considering I was with a family (2 kids).
