Property was clean, conveniently located to transportation, North Loop area, and Target Field. Nice lobby and attached restaurant. However located in somewhat of a business district area that was kind of empty during off hours, if early/late hours, other types of people on the streets. Also apparently we were not told about a $15/day food and beverage credit we were supposed to get until we checked out. My friend was told about this but I did remote checkout and would not have known if she hadn't mentioned it. No one offered us this coupon when we checked in and it was not listed as an amenity or we would have asked. When I called about it the next day, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it at this point since we had already checked out, and they were unable to credit our bill.

Great hotel, nice room. Really good restaurant. Nice staff very helpful friendly. Quite nice people in the hotel. The television actually worked and had regular cable, which is unusual in most hotel these days. One block away from the target center. Five minute walk from the train that takes you back-and-forth to the airport and the mall of America. Only complaint was the pillows were big and huge. And the coffee maker was really terrible.

Front desk customer service was awesome! My room was semi clean, very spacious and semi luxurious. I had concerns about safety as the room had many what I think was adjoining doors. In the bedroom there was a large window with a locked door covered with a curtain that leads out to somewhere. The shower in the bathroom was a baby size hand held shower head. No windows for all the curtains they had up was to hide the inside of the building. The restaurant was not good at all dinner or breakfast ! For the money I spent, I expected top tier treatment and a more relaxed and luxurious stay!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Located close to many attractions downtime. Parking was not fully explained causing a headache to get it and out for parking. Room was nice but not fully cleaned found things the prior guest left behind.

The hotel is excellent but they only clean and service the rooms after 3 nights. With kids, the room gets messy by then.

The hotel location was very good near Target stadium and US Bank stadium. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room had a bank of windows looking down at the inside of hotel lobby which was strange. The black and white stripes carpeting were a little disorienting and dizzying. Otherwise a very good hotel and would recommend.

Almost every carpet in the entire hotel seemed to be stained. Weird smells in all common areas—elevators smelled vaguely of vomit. The main area of the “Superior Suite” was not much bigger than a typical hotel room, only divided up. Meanwhile, the bathroom was unnecessarily enormous—they should have made it smaller and the sitting area bigger. Shower would have been nice if the hand shower wasn’t broken. There are so many other hotels in the vicinity—stay at one of those.
