The staff and location was phenomenal! Very clean. The bed was NOT comfortable and left us unrested. They only have 30 parking spots onsite for an additinal charge, requiring quite a hike with your luggage if you dont get one of those spots. They have loading/unloading zone in front of the hotel, but the dont enforce the posted signage and people park there, leaving you to trek from a parking garage.

Upon checking in our (not so friendly) front staff person acted as if I was a burden. I was told there would be an “early check in fee”. I was less than an hour from the stated check in time, but advised the room was ready. Why is there a fee for an early check in, if the room is ready??? The hotel was sort of grungy everywhere. The room is simple, but had very worn furnishings. Won’t stay here again and definitely will steer people away…

Loved the location, easy walk to US Bank stadium and several restaurants, bars. Nearby parking ramp was very convenient. Fun game room, nice hotel bar. There was a bit of noise and sirens downtown, but not bad! Beds were too hard. Need more sink space. No microwave in room. Wish there was some on site vending machines too. But really good overall!

I loved the property, the photos are not deceiving and actually what the property looks like and the staff are really nice and friendly. While they may not have a pool and free breakfast in the morning, they do have relatively cheap priced breakfast items and the coffee is lowkey pretty good. My only quam is just with the website and how the reservation system works. I didn't end up needing to stay my full trip, and we weren't able to change the dates. However, even with this problem the price is great for the location and what they provide, so I appreciate you all greatly!

Liked: Location - great location in downtown Minneapolis. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, Metro stop. I took Metro from airport and it was only 2 blocks walk to the hotel from the metro stop. Decor - I like the eclectic decor of the Radisson Red hotels, including this one. Food: Really good breakfast at the hotel restaurant with friendly service. Disliked: I had a drink at the bar and there were unaccompanied kids (about 11/12) who were being extremely rambunctious in the lobby area, then they came into the bar area and were literally fighting. As a result I took my wine and went up to my room. There was no attendant at the front desk, I would have hoped they would take care of this situation. Fitness Facility: Also, I went to the gym in the morning and it was really hot - AC did not seem to be working in there. I asked the person at the lobby desk and he said they would look into it but didn't seem very concerned. The other guest in the gym and I both left because it was too hot.
