Staff at front desk are great really nice & helpful. The food has fallen off a lot ( breakfast) coffee tasted like they made it the night before and cooked it all night. Bad cheese omelettes tasted like a machine made them. I’ve stayed 4 times too and always loved your hotel. The cloth Furnature in lobby ( chairs) arms are oily black and warm.. seems like time for a refresh..

There is a man who works the front desk during the day. He dresses very well in a black suit, he is kind, funny, and very helpful. He always makes me laugh. All of the staff members were amazing! I loved the healthy breakfast. My room was safe and quiet except for the 5 women in the room next to mine screaming at each other until 10 pm! I called the daytime front desk man and he got them to stop. He said, "This is a public place and you cannot scream and be loud; it disterbes the other hotel guests." And, viola! they stopped being loud.

Overall a pretty good stay. There was a definite odor in the hallway on the bottom floor (probably people ignoring the no smoking signs.) There were some very loud guests, but the manager handled it. I would probably avoid the bottom floor even if it meant paying more, but nothing I’ve mentioned would keep me from staying here again.
