The staff was very nice but that doesn't make up for the issues me and my family experienced. Between outside doors continually propped open, the exercise room door ended up being stuck on the door frame to the point front desk had to help me out of the room and multile bug bites that resemble bed bug bites. If i could give a negative star I would.

The beds and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The entrances to pool and hot tub are gated with gate to each area on opposite ends of area. The water wasn't working in the little kid area structures. There wasn't any coffee, not even for breakfast, which food was not appealing

We wanted tickets in advance for the Minnesota Arboretum which required that you print them off the phone prior to going. A very helpful desk clerk helped me navigate the requirements and printed the tickets for me!

It wasn't busy. Clean but in tough shape. Torn carpet, patched walls, tape on ceiling, door into building propped open, very thin worn towels, people hanging around grounds. It worked for us but will probably never stay there again.

Had a bathroom door handle went thru the wall. The one queen okay, the other terrible it swayed in the middle very bad. The entertainment center was beaten down bad. The frigerator was teetering and the fri door wouldn’t stay shut. Must have been a fight room because the light was broken. Bad room. If my reunion was not at your Hotel I would not have stayed at the Hotel. The pool had signs that it was closed, the kid section was broken, the slide had paint chipping on it. There was a brown something in the hot tub very gross!!’ And rude. Disgusting

Do not go to this hotel. Very unsafe. Outside doors don't lock or propped open. Cops were called. Lock on door missing. Very, very strong clorine smell in hallways from pool.

The property is showing signs of deteriorating. Reinvestment is required soon. A waffle machine and Cheerios does not constitute a breakfast. The exterior is looking very shabby. The landscaping is very weak
