Woodbury was beautiful, location was very convenient. Unfortunately front desk was not trained properly & I was charged for three days which I had already paid. When I told the front rest of the mistake I got magnet different responses & NOTHING was solved! I was out that extra money for my trip! They showed no remorse! I was offered 10,000 Marriott points but that was for the molded sheets & pillow case I showed them I was sleeping on!!! Like please do better!!!!!

The room I got was a one king size sweet non-smoking. It was a corner room on the first floor so it was easy access and very private. I did not hear any noise from any other rooms and I felt like I was in my own little apartment with a full size kitchen. The king size bed was the farthest away from the door so I did not hear any passing hallway traffic. Stuff were helpful and nice. Staff made it easy to book another night without having to leave the room. This will be my go to place if I ever need to rent a room again in r twin cities.

Door to outside open to the public (broken) most of the stay, felt unsafe. Couch dated, bed was comfortable. Only cleaned every other day and missed many things when cleaning. Coffee was bad, breakfast was ok. For the price I would say it was average although a convienient location and good size room. Staff was very nice.

Slow check in but location is great
Check in at the front desk was very slow should be able to check in Via an app. Good place otherwise . Texas road house and sushi with in walking. Check out the cutest breakfast place called Sweet Paris crepes 😍. There is a Cub foods grocery across the road if you need stuff to cook or that you forgot. Lots of places around to grab a snack .

Booking expectations a major disappointment!
They didn’t have my room. Sent to the hotel across the parking lot to another hotel owned by the same group where the room was an additional $80. I didn’t get a king room or a suite, and my room was right against the noisy highway and I got no sleep. I need to be refunded for my room, and compensated for the additional expense at the next hotel, as well as inconvenience.

Utterly Disappointing-Sometimes Infuriating
We've stayed at this property on multiple occasions from 2016 until Covid in 2019. This was our prior go-to when coming back to visit my hometown. Our first stay in 4 years was a horrible letdown. With the exception of one industrious young man who seemed to be the only one working at check in, and the kitchen staff, service was horrible to non-existant. Upon our arrival, a young lady who we later found worked the front desk was parked in a handicapped spot to save herself steps. As a disabled person, who was forced to park and walk further away, I was infuriated. When we came down to the desk early New Year's morning, she had a sign on the desk that she was helping a customer. A few moments later we saw her stumble out of a guest room, fixing her hair, clearly having just woken up from a nap. This person needs to be terminated immediately. Overall, between the employee from hell, the reduction in services and personnel (we came back to the hotel in part for the daily Happy Hour, which is no longer), the hotel is a shadow of what it was. To top it off, we came back from dinner NYE to find that the elevators did not work and that we had to take a long walk up flights of stairs. I have one lung and less than 49% breathing capacity, so this was not a minor inconvenience. The only staff in the hotel was the night auditor, who was clearly overwhelmed. We paid a premium price for our stay but received a low budget experience - dismally disappointed
