Front desk staff at SpringHill Suites Minneapolis-St Paul Airpt/Mall of America AMAZING: Always friendly, super helpful and very hard working: They are really busy, but always professional. At least all of the ones I encounteredduring my stay. Room was very clean, spacious and functional. I lappreciates the excellent ventilation system the room has, itbprovided fresh air. I used the free airport shuttle and breakfast was included as well. The hotel also provides an hourly free shuttle to the mall. The only item I was missing was a desk lamp. I was told they are short of a couple. On the other hand, I was kindly lent a phone charger when mine wasn't working. The pool is rather small, but very well kept. Same for the gym. They have a nìce common area with free coffee types, and a pizza/ bar portion, where people can sit and enjoy. Overall, highly recommend!

We didn’t receive maid service on our first morning. The garbage wasn’t emptied, the couple of hand towels we wanted replaced, were not, and our bed wasn’t made on any of the 3 days we were there. So it was a fine place but not outstanding.
