Shower curtain rod was broken in two different rooms that I stayed in. Worse, the manager was a complete jerk. He was unbelievably rude to a woman trying to change rooms who was in line right in front of me. He needs to be terminated by the owner.

The shuttle service from the airport, while appreciated, was grim. The van was filthy inside and the service grudging. My room seemed clean but there was long hair on the towels and shower head....I'm bald.

Very dated. Stained furniture. Very old tv. Curtains didn’t block light into the room and neither did the door. Very very loud traffic noise. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Linens were very good. I’m amazed at how everything was stained. Needs a makeover. But it was cheap and clean.

I would stay again

Everything was good. It was old and very noisy after midnight. Food was very good. Front desk was awesome. Nice place to stay. No bells or whistles but good.

Not fancy but a good value. It was great to have the shuttle available on call when we arrived at midnight at MSP. Breakfast was minimal (they had run out of most things) but sufficient if you just want a bowl of cornflakes. Some odd smells in the lobby and elevator. The room was fine though and we rested well.
