Functional for an airport stay

Bed was broken. Squeaked so bad every time I moved wakes you up and perhaps everyone else’s room. One of many economy hotels around the Minneapolis airport

Disgusting and Unsafe – Do Not Stay Here We booked the jacuzzi suite for two nights in a non-smoking room, but it was nothing short of a health hazard. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the hallway was no better. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, yet it smelled like it had been smoked in for years. There were stains on the countertops, the shower curtain was filthy, and to top it off — there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. The whole place felt dirty and neglected. The atmosphere was so sketchy, I honestly felt like there could’ve been hidden cameras in the room. That’s how unsafe and unsettling it was. This hotel needs to be reported to the state health department immediately. Save your money, your health, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place.

Very good hotel, they mostly enforce the no smoking rule well. Some decent breakfast, but don't expect continental breakfast, some yogurt, toast, a waffle maker. All-round good quality. The rooms are nice, but if one night you smell smoke, turn off the AC unit, it's kind of influenced if somebody decides to have a ciggy break in the stairwell. It happened once, maybe twice in 10 days, but they keep things separate and clean. By far one of the nicer hotels I've been in

The mattress was infested with bed bugs, and the towels were dirty. The entire area was extremely filthy and had a terrible odor. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Stay away from it. The breakfast was awful—I never even ate there because of how bad it was. Again, the whole place smelled horrible.

We won’t be back…

It smelled bad as soon as you walk in. It took half an hour to check in, and at one point we were told they were full, even though I had booked it ahead of time. Then somehow they had a room. I specifically wanted a non smoking room and was given smoking room. When we stepped off the elevator it reeked of stale smoke. The room was run down but was clean, and the beds were acceptable. We just needed somewhere to stop late at night and get a few hours of sleep before continuing our road trip, so hoped to stay somewhere reasonable with the basics. Our expectations were not high but this was just an overall terrible experience.
