Safe stopped working . Had Meds in it . Staff did not get it open until next morning. Lock smith had to break the door open. I felt like I was in jail all night. Very Very uneasy feeling until I got the beeb out of there.

I absolutely loved the room! The lack of ice bucket or ice machine was kind of disappointing. Also the lack of food options at the hotel is somewhat disappointing. Still loved the room and service and definitely would recommend this hotel again!!!

It was a nice room. The main reason i booked this room was for the bath tub. Didnt get to use because the hot water never worked. And then the shower it was opposite. The showers cold water didnt work so i had to stand in corner of shower so i wouldnt get burned by scortching hot water! I rated it 2 stars because from desk checkout did at least refund me a portion of my booking back due to these issues. Otherwise it would have been a 1 for me. I will say it is very clean and staff are super sweet. But on the flip side if i pay over 400 dollars for 1 night for a room it would be nice if everything worked.
