Normally Westin properties offer a lot more. I was pretty underwhelmed by this one. The staff was pretty short and rude both over the phone and in person with the exception of the man running the desk at the lobby on Friday night. He was respectful and helpful. Even the restaurant staff was unattentive and rude. I know it's the off season, but very unexpected. Pool was in good shape. Bathroom was good. Room was overall clean. The bed was horrible. There was a big dip in the middle to where anything placed on the bed always rolled to the middle. I'm not going to say it was a bad stay, but definitely not up to Westin standards. Wouldn't stay there again.

The hallways were filthy. There was also some unannounced construction that may have influenced us to stay elsewhere. Not their fault, but the skyways close on weekends! No exception to remain open during blistering cold temps

staff was friendly and helpful but our stay overall was less than satisfactory. The room did not look as advertised on the site. The bathroom has no ventilation. Outlets for charging devices are only on one side of the bed. Our room was not serviced once (we only had “do not disturb” on the first night we stayed). The hotel layout didn’t include trash bins and the hotel trash cans don’t hold anything bigger than a bottle of water. Loading and unloading takes place on the street which isn’t exactly safe. And the location that is supposed to be stocked with food and drinks was bare to say the least. And parking arrangements could have been better but that is a logistical and land use matter. Overall, we didn’t have a great experience. We would have chosen another hotel after the first night if we had the time to search and transfer to a new location.

Nicky the bartender at the Bank was awesome. We sat at the bar and he was so friendly and made our experience unforgettable. Next time in town I’ll stay there again and definitely look for Nicky!
