When my family arrived, I didn't expect there to be dishes in the kitchen. Everything we needed was already available. The room itself was clean & well kept. Pretty sure it's a fairly new hotel. The only issues I saw were the fact that the suite only had one bathroom. It would've been nice to have two being that we had a family of four during the stay. Also looks like the shower head needs to be repaired from the leak that's causing the floor tile to buckle and lift from the floor. Other than that, our stay was great. Staff was friendly, pool area was clean and well kept, workout room- same. Its definitely going on my list of accommodations for when we come back to the area. I especially like how close to the mall it is.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and would definitely return, plus recommend it for anyone I know. We went for the purpose of the Mall of America, and this hotel is conveniently located across the street. We parked our car and never drove it the entire 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly, especially the lady who worked the breakfast area every day.

Very clean. Everytime we walked around the hotel the staff was constantly cleaning- mopping, cleaning the artwork on the walls, cleaning the gym equipment. The continental breakfast was well stocked and well tended to by staff. Overall, it was very pleasant, quite and convenient. Would stay again.

The property is being updated but the staff were very accommodating. It was a great room with a full kitchen. The breakfast was great. I loved that it was so close to the mall.
